Pulse Pal is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
The Services do not replace professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice. Always seek qualified professionals for medical or mental health concerns.
The Services are not designed for emergency situations.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Pulse Pal may offer free, trial, or paid access tiers.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
By using the Services, you grant Pulse Pal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process User Data solely for operating, improving, and providing the Services, including training, evaluation, and optimization of AI models (in aggregated or anonymized form where applicable).
Outputs generated by the Services are probabilistic and based on statistical models.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific purpose.
You acknowledge that AI-generated insights may contain errors or limitations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Certain provisions survive termination.
